You likely just need to update your presets. Sometimes a new firmware update will no longer be compatible with presets from an older firmware/editor, resulting in incorrect (or no) behavior from the QuNeo. After updating your firmware, make sure to hit the Update All button in the QuNeo Editor — this will update all of your presets to the new, compatible preset format. Your QuNeo should be back to normal after this.
