Controller Layer is a term used to describe the extra MIDI data that can be assigned to send out on top of the MIDI data that Keyboard Layer sends out. This is needed if you wish to send out a second Note that is unaffected by the Oct buttons or if you wish to have separate Pressure and/or Tilt CCs per key. Controller Layer is editable using the Controller tab in the QuNexus Editor.
