I can't edit the user tables. What's going on?

Windows machines that support touch can have issues interacting with some UI elements. Disabling touch on your machine, and restarting will allow you to edit the user tables. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028019/windows-enable-and-disable-your-touchscreen-in-windows-10
